I booked a Lao Central Air flight from Bangkok to Vientiane for december. Some days ago they send me a email, that there was a equipment change from Superjet 100 to Boeing 737-400, and a couple of minutes later another email that indicate a second equipment change from 737 back to Superjet.

I asked them to explain this to me and they answered:
I am sorry to inform you that due to charter operation, LCA could not operate as normal schedule on Monday, Wenesday, Saturday. On Friday and Sunday only LF065/LF066 could not be operated.
If I check their website there are no flights on monday, wednesday and saturday anymore. So I guess they canceled my flight instead of the indicated equipment change because they want to make more money with charter flights!? I never received a information about a cancelation. I send several emails to them, also to their bangkok office, but it seems that they arent willing to answer. What can I do now, I dont think they will reschedule me to another airline which is serving this route. Should I inform my creditcard company and hope for a refund and book a new flight on my own or do I have any rights to get a new ticket from Lao Central Airlines? Have to fly on this date, so the alternatives are limited.
