For the dummy itinerary with First Class, I told the call centre agent this itinerary:
19/11 BR226 SIN-TPE Business Class
20/11 BR116 TPE-CTS Business Class
21/11 NH2125 CTS-NRT Economy Class
23/11 TG641 NRT-BKK First Class (TG only release seats for this sector 2 weeks before departure)
24/11 SQ981 BKK-SIN Business Class
You can go ANA Mileage Club's website to check seat availability before creating the itinerary.
For the real Hiroshima itinerary I already redeemed, I just happened to call to KrisFlyer and they quoted 55,000 miles and I issued the ticket straight away and saw this in my KrisFlyer account:
