TY for this info, I am on YYZ-IAH-YYZ in January and February and glad to see they still have the cold salmon still for dinner.

I have flown YYC-YWG-YYC many times, and I have gotten these options

Breakfast:
Ham and cheese breakfast sandwich
Some sort of Bagel meal
Fruit plate

Dinner:
Salmon
Chicken
Rare Roast Beef(amazing).

Been hearing they have been converting to cheese plates and chocolate bars recently though
