Change of destination fee?

I have two booked award flights
ROC-PHX- JAN 4- economy
PHX-KOA- JAN 7- economy
HNL-ROC- JAN 17- first

I want to change the PHX to HNL since there is a First class seat available.

I expect there is a change of fee involved?

and if there is another change in itinerary as there has been can I get this change without a fee?
