Have you flown on any airline where caviar is actually served and seen how many people ask for it? That salmon is not just any salmon but Balik salmon.

There's no way that meal can be put together for $20. Do you know the cost of food in Japan? That piece of beef alone probably cost more than $20.

I fly between ZRH and NRT on LX in C and F regularly (my last Y flight was some years ago fortunately) and I usually prefer meals in C to meals in F.
