Yes, I've learned that lesson a few times. No ATMs once past security. There are only money exchange places after security.

Before security, you can do anything. Get cash and exchange. All of this is for the Departure side.

If you are on the Arrival level, you can also get cash and exchange. There are a few banks downstairs on B1 level as well that can help with this.
