Agree. You should have a boarding pass from TLV for the connection.
There are kiosks outside the transfer desk for boarding passes. Also, if absolutely necessary, there is a SkyPriority cue for the transfer desk.

As others have mentioned, with the security at the gate for AMS-SEA; it's highly unlikely you'll have any issues if the TLV flight is on time.

I also don't see any issues with your bags being transferred; they should make the connection also.
