Personally I don't care about being woken up; few people sleep well in Y anyway. I would not mind being fed at the start and middle of a flight if they had some food available on demand for the last part of the flight. In reality, between the two meals they have sandwiches and apples, but after the midflight meal no food is left except those packaged onion chips and cookies. Maybe more experienced CX passengers grab the sandwiches and fruit early and hoard them, but this is not a good situation for a supposedly top-rated airline..
