Don't dread it. I flew AA 27 last week. Aside from the crap AVOD system (it kept dropping out of my movie into the menu screen, plus the picture quality is low-res), the flight was fine. PJs and turndown were both offered, and service overall was good, and the purser on this particular flight was outstanding. F & B service was okay, but the Uno garden vegetable pizza is pretty much inedible. The most important aspect for me was the seat comfort, which was excellent, and all of the EQM/EQP ^
