It ends up that my good friend is in charge of distributions at his company and I can get discover prepaid gift card up to $500 with no fees. (Only discover unfortunately, $3 fee after 12 months).
I tried loading one to bluebird today but the kiosk wouldn't allow it even when I setup the pin and everything.
Any recommendations of how to use it at bluebird or how to liquidate it?
