re back and forth - i think one problem is that less specific discussion can result in more cross talk.

while i mentioned earlier i think it would be informative to see more discussion of service recovery, even if unspecific, id say the same about things like checking out early. which may not even be because of that negative of an experience, it can be for many different potential reasons. checking out early also involves service recovery, at least after check out, if not involving a recovery failure before checkout.

speaking of MO, im most curious to hear whether anyone who had a horrible experience at MO BKK under kurt has tried it again after he left.
