IDB rates are VERY low. OP should be so lucky as to be IDB'd. Just don't volunteer (VDB) and OP will be in SAN as planned.

In 2012, the major airlines boarded over 600 million passengers. IDBs for the year were 59 thousand, or 0.0098 %.
