ExpertFlyer shows seats available but Delta won't let me pick a Seat?

Hi,
My ATL-SAN flight for 11/17 shows the following on Expert Flyer F7 P0 A0 G0 Y9 B9 M9 S6 H0 Q0 K0 L0 U0 T0 X0 V0 E0 but I can't seem to pick seats for it. On Delta I get a "All seats on this flight are currently occupied in your class of service. If you wish to select a seat or change to a different seat, please check back later. If you have no seat assigned, a seat will be assigned at check-in or at the gate prior to boarding" message.

ExpertFlyer's seat map shows rows 44 and 45 and 4 random EC seats as blocked and the rest as occupied. Am in danger of being IDBed? I kinda have to be in SAN that day.
