and ask, then instead of guesses you'll have a response you can rely upon verses the speculation you're requesting by this post as it's what's shown in the hotels computer system that's going to govern vrs what's written on your card..........

I have a quick question about when my Marriott Platinum status will expire.
I did a "taste of plat" challenge in Jan-Feb-Mar of 2013 and successfully completed it. I assumed this meant I would be plat until the end of February 2014.
The card I received after completing my challenge says it expires in 02/15. (not 02/14) However on my marriott.com profile it says I still need 30 nights to renew level. While I have been directing all my stays towards Marriott my work has not had me travelling as much this year, so hard to maintain it, but I do love the perks.
Which one is right? It seems odd that a card issued to me in March, 2013 would have an expiry of Feb 2015. I assume I will lose my benefits this coming February?
Any insight is much appreciated.
