currently in negotiations with more than 5 bidders/investors. Mr. Zechacontinues to have the opportunity to close the transaction. We are confident of closure of the transaction in a short period of time at targeted valuations...Multiple bids under various stages of discussions; confident of a closure in a short period of time

As we speak, we have now very active engagement with about five to six new bidders other than Mr. Zecha, and we are very confident that not only we will close this transaction in a short period of time, but it could be also a value accretive from our earlier target...Aman, are both hopefully in a very strong WIP [work in progress] situation

first half of this calendar year...most of the [aman hotels] actually doing 15% to 20% better RevPAR than last year

there is a substantial interest as the new bidders come on board and they look at what the operating metrics of Aman is

Status on Aman Divestiture
Currently, DGHL is in negotiations with multiple bidders /investors on the Share Purchase Agreement.
Substantial diligence has been completed.
Targeting closure of the transaction in near future

Pipeline of properties to open in calendar year 14 are Tokyo, Japan; Lijiang, China and Dibben, Jordon.

Business performance also improved substantially with operational EBITDA [of amanresorts] for the current calendar year being targeted at USD 20 mn vs USD 16 mn in 2012
debt/interest is the problem

reinitiated the process with other potential bidders/investors also. Given the current stage of dialogue with various bidders/investors, management expects the transaction to be consummated in the near future.
