So here's what I don't get. There's nothing in that food that's particularly expensive, it's just cleverly chosen food that's easy to prepare with minimal simple cooking presented nicely. I doubt it even cost much more than the economy food. Why doesn't any airline serve decent food like that in economy? Why do they insist on trying to serve food that can't be cooked properly on a plane and inevitably ends up a gloopy mess instead?
