Got to also agrre with purser@ac and Shareholder. If AC bought the fuel from YVR contractors, then it is the responsibility of the fuel dispensing organization.

And...it is much better to discover contaminated fuel on the ground than at 800' on takeoff. Imagine what the compensation claims would be if they had to belly land just after take off.
