Yes, it will indeed ticket it. I have booked a 0h00m connection at DTW and also a 0h05m connection in DTW before. Then called DL and had them change it to an actually workable connection.

Been also offered negative connections (like -12h something) and usually in case of irrops, dullta.com offers to rebook the uaffected flights, but expects to you magically teleport yourself to ATL (won't offer any rebooking options for the actual cancelled flight, such as a 1h earlier one that is wide open, it just assumes that you will teleport your way to ATL, a.k.a. the center of the Dullta universe).
