Been here a couple of times. Most hapless front desk personnel at all of Hyatt! Borderline rude. Rooms are ok and breakfast is ok too. I like the Rivermark Plaza for its location and the Peets. I hope the Chipotle finally opens. For 8,000 points it's a good deal in the area.
