Where do you find the Change / Cancellation button in MMB?
Never mind. I finally found it. It is one of the 3 little Grey color headings on the left under flight information.
Why BA makes the clickable links in Grey instead of the traditional Blue color? One has to place the cursor above it in order to see that it is clickable.
Avios returned to account immediately. (need to log out and log back in to see it).
