These come up every few months on the BA internal website. I've only ever seen them to Tokyo.

The flights are free, but you must be IAG staff, so not sure if this has closed to the public.

As travel is in economy, I am yet to take up this offer

(apparently this was much better in the early days, as you could do courier flights on Concorde, but alas that was before my time)
