As a Minnesota resident, and I have not yet looked at all the details, my initial reaction was "Why in the world should we give anything to Delta? Let's measure exactly what Delta has done to benefit our state since the merger."

Don't get me wrong - I want Chisholm to remain, I support them, my contact with them has been fantastic - but if Delta wants to invest in a proven service, let them do it, it seems like the request for a loan from the state is a shakedown.
