Qantas Intra-Australia award taxes
I was looking at booking some intra-australia flights to put together with my existing UA award. Do the taxes seem high?

Its 85.10 Incl the 12.50 one way partner award fee


vs.

An international ticket including the same city pairs is only $30 more
