Another issue for me is lack of sale fares, primarily the holidays, the recent #helloweekend promo etc. Adding on the domestic leg usually makes the price unrecognisable from the original banner price, not to mention the issue mentioned up thread regarding connection times.

The connection time issue is probably offset by my reduced daily commute compared to the Londoners, so I can live with it. The restriction on good offers is not so easily swallowed.
