I think the key line is: - British passports endorsed British Citizen must be valid. This is correct and consistent with EU law. The separate point above this one does not specify GBR passports, and presumably applies to other passport holders. But it is confusing that it generates a general response first, this seems to happen with Timatic, I presume there is a logic to it, but I can't quite fathom how...
