Horizon doesn't even have sinks in their lavs, at least on the last 2 flights I took. Just a nice bottle of hand sanitizer. So their ain't no hand washing going on by anyone on that flight.

And here I thought the "oh wait"
was about the FA's probably not bothering to wash their hands as often as they should (like before touching food or grabbing the rim of a glass after doing other, less-than-sanitary tasks) even when there is a working sink.
