I too spent my time living in "The Cities" (god they are beautiful but COOOOOOOOOLD!!!!) and heck forget about the airfares...just remember the tax rates up there - and honestly I agree with you it would be a perfect world if this type of incentive didn't occur but I don't ever see that happening....local taxing authorities like to show they've brought home the bacon to the voters
