Actually it is. The message has been loud and clear since March 3, 2012. If you strategize how to get the most from your FF program, you're not welcome. If you THINK about how to improve you're upgrade chances, you're not welcome. If you ANALYZE the award chart, you're not welcome here. If you COMPARE options, you're not welcome here.

UA just wants a bunch of hub-captives who take what they are given and say 'thank you Jeff'.
