1. 2 club world returns p.a. with domestic leg and you have gained or retained silver. Wham, bam, thank you maam!

2. If you don't have silver or above then book WTP and you can use the lounge at the regional airport at least

3. Have never had a problem with domestic leg availability on reward bookings but if you do just book the legs for days when they are available and then change them to the days you need when availability turns up- which it usually seems to.

4. You probably live somewhere that £1m buys more than a studio flat...
