As Louie_LI said, they don't take reservations for AFTER 18:30.. And how mean the one in the 7th, don't you? I would go at around 18:00, put my name on the waiting list.. Then go next door and have a drink while waiting for the table.

As for requesting the bar area, most of, if not all the seats are at the bar area. There are 6 or so tables and 4 bar style seats that over look the street.. But you could ask them once you put your name on the list.
