I am looking to book a BOS-ATH roundtrip flight next year. Biz class has limited availability on TK, which I really want to fly.

If I book BOS-PHL-ATH for now on US Air with my United miles, can I change to BOS-IST-ATH later if business class opens up? If so, is there a fee? I am a silver member.
