Thank you for availing yourself here on the HHonors forum...hopefully, you don't burn out too soon from all the harassment.
So on to my question:
When making on-line reservations via the HHonors website, I usually add in the optional comments section something to the effect, "HHonors Diamond member, upgrade always appreciated." Does the check-in staff see this information easily, or are the optional comments section on an entirely different screen? I know many people subscribe to e-mailing the GM and asking for upgrades, but I personally don't feel comfortable e-mailing a GM for something like that. I've always been curious if the check-in staff even notices my comments.
