1. Offer to charge office expenses (clients' hotel bills, restaurant tabs, supplies etc) on your credit card & office reimburses you.

2. If AP isn't enough, pay yourself using paypal (the caveat is the 2,9% + 30 cents fee per transaction). I wouldn't do anymore than a few hundred $ per transaction as paypal are known to freeze funds for suspicious activities.
