Have you been working at a higher-tier Hilton before as well? I always wonder what the check-in agent can see on his screen about my status, other than the tier. I.e. any comments from previous stays at the hotel, how status was obtained (fast track, credit card, stays, nights...), average nightly spend, etc etc. ? Any clues?
