Tried to call in to cancel a reward ticket I had booked, the phone system told me it was a 36 minute hold....So, I went online and cancelled the ticket, showed the 20,000 as non-refundable. I have never cancelled a Frontier ticket, is there no redeposit waiver for Summit level members, or did I just lose all 20,000 miles?
