Booked a one-week stay here in February with my family and parents using the 35% Plat requal gift and fifth night free.

What is the best way to request upgrade to adjoining rooms, particularly a one-bedroom side by side with a studio. We are willing to pay $$ or additional points, but that wasn't an option at booking according to the Plat Concierge.

Any help would be appreciated.
