Comfort Hotel Bolivar, Rome IT

I just stayed here for 5 nights (November 2013) and agree with most of the points of Ispolkom from 2011.

Great location, walkable to Trevi fountain, Forum, Colosseum, Palatine, etc. Hard to find "quiet location" but look for the signs on the big streets on either side to point you in the right direction.

Big, tasty breakfast in a beautiful top-floor atrium with expansive views. We looked forward to breakfast every morning.

Lovely lobby, good service, friendly and attentive.

The furnishings in the room are dated (1980s?), to say the least, but the bed was comfortable so that's all that matters. The location really is quiet, and we slept well. The flushing mechanism for the toilet basically wasn't affixed to the wall and fell off periodically, but this was not a problem. Good hot water/pressure in the shower/tub.

We used points for a room for 2 and requested the room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (accommodates 3). This room was quite spacious and we were happy with it. Plenty of closet space and a large bathroom with tub. If room size is an issue, and you are booking on points, try that.

I would definitely stay here again on points.
