This is for my parents trip I am planning and doing some changing for the post Feb.1 deadline. I am not worried about the miles because I booked them that ticket for 70,000 miles (USM-BKK-FRA-SFO), about the same if I just booked them BKK-FRA. I had originally planned to move them from United first on the FRA-SFO, to LH F. I want them to experience the FCT at least once, so using my miles for them is a no brainier.
