Tried the 20 dollar trick at Palazzo on Sat. I wanted to get a Siena or fortuna suite. No go since I already got the Luxury Suite with view. However, the front desk clerk did give me 8 drink vouchers at 5 bars at the Palazzo and offered my 20 dollars back. I still ended up tipping him 10 just for the effort. Next time I will ask if I can get access to the top floor lounge.
