After looking at the Delta AMEX card comparison again I have two questions:

1. Regarding the Sky Club it says that with the Reserve Card it is COMPLIMENTARY for you and two guests when traveling on a Delta flight.†

Does this mean I cannot access the SC if traveling on any other airline including partners?

2. What is the AMEX concierge and what can they do for me?
