What are some good options for a 2nd emergency replacement credit/debit/prepaid card?

Apologies if I open this one in the wrong place but it seems to be the place all things British:

Primary cards are great for points and forex. The question here is that what are some great 2nd emergency replacement cards when you lose all. I mean ALL.

The requirement here is not the points or best forex fees but that they can send you the replacement card anywhere in the world fast and also a good customer service on the side to manage it.

Example 1: http://www.ingdirect.com.au/everyday...AreTheFees.htm

Not-so-everyday Transactions - Fees
(Replacement Visa Card (outside Australia) - Free)
Emergency Replacement Visa Card - Free

Example 2: http://www.travelcash.ch/Service.331.0.html?&L=3

How long does the delivery of a Travel Cash replacement card take and how much does it cost?
The delivery of a Travel Cash replacement card is free of charge worldwide. In Europe the customer generally receives the replacement card on the following day. Travelers in faraway countries don’t have to wait for long either – they already receive their replacement card two or at most four days after reporting the loss.

Similar offers in Britain?

Especially I am interested if there are good prepaid card offers with this service, for some reason.
