I would view her behavior as a warning sign of future problems. To me, my SO either trusts me or she doesn't. What will she question next?

BTW, my SO is a complete convert. When we met 12 years ago, she thought miles and points were a useless marketing scam. She still isn't in on the game herself, but totally enjoys the fruits of my efforts.
