I am looking to contact BAEC to attempt an unlikely status match, or even just an upgrade to my current status. Now I appreciate normally or even 99% of the time this doesn't happen, but circumstance, based I feel I may stand that 1% chance to succeed.

I obviously want to include details/proof of my almost consistent flying with a rival airline over the last 5 years, so telephone contact really is not an option.

Are BAEC contactable by email? And am I completely wasting my time and effort attempting this? My aim is to be bumped from Blue to Silver, which would then give me the benefits required to change from SAS to BA flights weekly (current EB Gold Status).

In case you are curious, I have commuted weekly from BHX-CPH for the last 5+ years. We have in the last 5 weeks moved county and now LHR-CPH is my weekly flight pattern. I would be more than happy to change my flying habits from SAS to BA but would be immediately losing out on the benefits I have with my EB Gold status. Thus the thoughts that it may be worth shooting off an email to BAEC showing my history with SAS and reasoning behind my desire to change.

Thoughts? BAEC Email?
