3. Unless there is a vast (and I mean vast) difference between BA and third-party opaque vendors, I strongly recommend the air carrier, especially for a package. Less to go wrong. Easier to fix when it does.
The biggest difference is BA doesn't have the hotel I want on the days I want and Expedia does. However, for $240 in baggage fees, I could settle for another hotel.
