When we passed through ORD, the only entry points for US citizens was the APC entry point and one lonely immigration officer that took an hour to get to. There were no other entry points in sight.
Further conversations with AA have been illuminating. They now say they cannot place my "JR" on my ticket because I am an Aadvantage member. They gave me two choices- either book the ticket without the aadvantage number number and make a call later, or book with and call to add the JR.
Otherwise, their computer cannot add JR for an Aadvantage member directly.
