More confused than ever reading this thread. Experiences all over the map. Some posters apparently more interested in scoring points with each other than trying to figure out how the partially unwritten policy is actually being applied.

So has anyone actually been charged / not been charged change or redeposit fees on award tickets for someone else when the miles are from your Executive Platinum account? (assuming you are not traveling with them on any of the segments)
