I would suggest you take a long haul bus ride on grayhound to get an idea of what the future of air travel will be. (I would recommend the seat right next to the broken lav). Ultimately airlines are getting more dependent on these occasional travelers ... yes the ones paying all those fees, instead of the first class pax so therefore they will reduce the services to F, increase the fees, and appeal to the passenger who will choose between grayhound and Airline ...
