Are you Platinum? If so this is likely why you are seeing availability for cash, but not for awards. When I check the dates you are looking at without logging in, it only shows availability for upgraded rooms for cash, but when I log in and the Platinum Override kicks in, only then does the standard room show up. Platinum Override availability is not eligible for award bookings.
