the night of the 4th is available but the others aren't (no idea why)............

I can buy a room for cash (hong kong courtyard 167 Connaught Rd nov 4th-8th 2013), but when I try to redeem my cert or rewards points the room becomes unavailable.

The agent was not able to redeem them on the phone either.
