Burning some vouchers, thus, here is what I have:

Very early (2 am) flight to SIN. Then possibly taking 7:15 am coach from SIN to Johor Bahru (http://www.changiairport.com/getting...bahru-malaysia) to Renaissance Johor Bahru.

Does anybody know if the location of the hotel is ok to any local points, and is it a really crazy idea to stay at that hotel as a base and explore Singapore? How much would it cost to travel between SIngapore and JB?

Have to leave for 5 am flight. Any suggestions on how to make it? Any other recommendations are very welcomed.
